Samaritans: Call 116 123

For someone to talk to, confidentially, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can also visit their website.

ChildLine is a private and confidential service for children and young people up to the age of nineteen. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can also visit their website.

CALM: Call free on 0800 58 58 58

Male-focused charity helping fight mental health stigma among men. You can call from 5pm to Midnight, 365 days a year, or visit their website.

Carers: Call free on 0808 808 7777

Support for those caring for loved ones who are older, disabled, or seriously ill. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm, or you can visit their website.

Anxiety UK: 08444 775 774

Help for those who suffer from anxiety and related disorders. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, or you can visit their website.

National support helpline available to everyone, confidentially, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Trevor Project: Call 1-866-488-7386

National organization providing support to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24. Phone lines are open 24/7, or you can visit their website.

Lifeline is a 24/7 confidential support service. You can also use their online crisis support chat seven days a week, between 8pm and 4am AEST. They also have a service finder that will put you in touch with help and support in your area.
