The dark circles under my eyes are intense. Like, my under-eyes have heavier bags than a luggage carousel at the airport. I've tried countless eye creams, and while most of them do a good job of smoothing and hydrating, none of them have actually provided a brightening effect — until I tried this one.
Thanks to the help of vitamin C, this eye cream makes my under-eyes look immediately brighter after application and I've noticed my dark circles are slowly getting lighter and lighter with continued use. Better yet, this eye cream works amazingly under concealer — no weird flaking or creasing here!
