Adam Levine's reps exclusively told PEOPLE that he and his girlfriend, Behati Prinsloo, are tying the knot after being separated for several months.

"Adam Levine and his girlfriend Behati Prinsloo are excited to announce they are engaged to be married," reps say. "The couple recently reunited and Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles."

The hunky 34-year-old and his Victoria Secret Model fiancé stepped out as couple a year ago, after Levine split from yet another VS Angel, Anne Vyalitsyna. Now the two are back together and obviously better then ever. (sigh)
