To use this product, be sure you've got an empty disposal and that it's turned off. Run the faucet with a strong stream of hot water into the sink with the disposal for one minute. Insert one unopened, biodegradable cleaning packet into the disposal and turn the disposal on. You may see the blue cleaning foam may rise into the sink (or both sinks if you have a double sink). The cleaning action will continue as foam retreats into the disposal. The cleaning process is finished once the foam entirely disappears from disposal (about one to two minutes).
