    Zuccotti Park Has Been Taken By NYPD

    Occupy Wall Street protestors were forced to move out of Zuccotti park last night at around 1:00 a.m. - It appears as though their first amendment rights had run out. UPDATE: According to gothamist.com (http://gothamist.com/2011/11/15/nypds_zuccotti_eviction_swift_shrew.php) it is suspected that this eviction was carried out in a way that would subvert the media.

    At around 1:00 a.m. on November 15, NYPD evicted the Occupy Wall Street protesters from Zuccotti park. This raises the question: Can someone, or a group of people ever overly exercise their first amendment rights in a semi-public forum?
