The Moscow International Advertising Festival is under way this week, and the judges have named their finalists. Out of the print category, this is my favorite—for the Baraka tattoo studio in Engels, Russia. It’s emotional, it tells a story, and it’s makes me smile (NOTHING makes me smile).
It’s the best tattoo ad I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot them because too many students put them in their portfolios. Kids? You want to get hired? Put internet service ads and bank ads and cereal ads in your portfolio.
Anyway, kudos to ad agency Sky.

- Russia won't be banned from the Rio Olympics but its athletes need to pass new anti-doping tests to compete, the IOC ruled.
- Chris Froome has won the Tour de France. He's the first Brit to win the cycling race three times 🚴
