Many people emailed me asking which of the retro style ads I liked from the much-praised special edition of Newsweek, so here's my answer: none of them. Honestly, I was very disappointed.
But, if I had to pick two, the GEICO and Benetton ones above would be it, with the GEICO being my least disliked (nice chair). The astronaut/cosmonaut visual is smart, except, why use captions under the spacemen? We're not fucking idiots.
