Tango Finlandia (1993)

Last week, Newsweek declared Finland to be the best country in the world. But in 1993, the folks at 60 Minutes were convinced that all Finns were depressed Tango addicts. How's that for a radical shift in opinion? Note: Finns are totally huggable.
