Sip Your Way Through Some Delicious Margs This Margarita Day At One Of These Bars

In case you hadn't heard, this Saturday February 22 is National Margarita Day. And of course we are going to celebrate!

Here are the best bars around Sydney for you to get your margarita intake!

1. Harpoon Harry in Surry Hills

Slinging six styles of margaritas all day long (from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.), Harry's should definitely be your first stop on Saturday. Plus, to go along with their delicious margs, they've also got tacos and nachos to wash it down with. What more could you want?

2. The Butler in Potts Point

The Butler is making Margarita Day a little bit more personal by selling three margaritas concocted by three of their bartenders. You can try Jiri's, Geoffrey's or Lyndsay's and see if you can match the flavour to the personality.

3. Méjico in the CBD

Everything is happening at Mejico this Margarita Day. They've got plenty of flavours, tacos, live music from 6 p.m. and they're running a competition to boot. Sound interesting? Head down to sip on your margarita all night long.

4. Tio's Cerveceria in Surry Hills

Tio's will always have a special place in my heart. In fact, I've been known to say that it's my favourite bar in Sydney. They're celebrating Margarita Day by showcasing their shaking skills — if there was ever a day to try all six of their margaritas, it's now.

5. The Paddington in Paddington

Merivale — the company that owns The Paddington — has stepped up and turned Margarita Day into a whole week! You'll be able to enjoy a delicious $10 classic margarita at The Paddington and honestly, I'm not sure what you're still doing reading this instead of drinking a marg.

6. Coogee Pavilion in Coogee

If you would rather sip on your $10 margarita by the beach, the Coogee Pavilion is another Merivale venu that is participating in Margarita Week! 7. The Bucket List in Bondi

With DJs playing from 2 p.m., the beach in sight and $12 Patron Tommy's Margaritas — The Bucket List is the place to be this Saturday. Plus, if you get in before they sell out, you get your margarita in a little Patron bottle, which is just super cute.

8. SoCal in Neutral Bay

With all the best that margaritas have to offer, SoCal is going to be fantastic time this Saturday. Plus they've even got a personality quiz on their website that you can use to figure out exactly what kind of margarita you are.

9. Employee's Only in Sydney CBD

Another venue that is celebrating margaritas for an entire week — Employee's Only has four margaritas that you just have to try. They're priced at $15 a pop and are available every night after 5 p.m. from 17-22 of February.

10. The Bank Hotel in Newtown

Newtown is always a great time for a night out. Now with Margarita Day on its way — you know it's going to be a fantastic time. The Bank also has Margarita Moments every Friday, so if you think you're going to be unavailable this Saturday, then this place is just perfect for you.

11. Quay Bar in Circular Quay

Teaming up with Patron Tequila, Quay Bar is going to be serving some out of this world margaritas on Saturday. For this one day only, you'll be able to get your paws on the Patron Tequila Mangorita for a simple tenner. Thirsty, anyone?

Also selling margaritas for $10 is the Kings Cross Hotel. Their margarita is going to be a beautiful blend of Patron Silver Tequila, ginger, mango and lime. Should we be doing a taste test pub crawl? I think yes.
