Promising review: "Buy it NOW. Honestly, I had huge reservations for this thing. Yet another miracle cleaning tool that will break or bend or something. I was so wrong. It was easy to put together and I sprayed it with Mean Green and went to the baseboards. No more kneeling and no broken back. This thing is amazing. It is durable and the pad is super absorbent. I am so happy. I can't wait to do the rest of the house!" —artgirl

    Amazon

Promising review: "This is the best invention ever! It's hard getting all the food and stuck on debris between the slots/tines of a fork down to the root, even after just eating and needing to clean them off before hand washing or putting the silverware in the dishwasher. Before, I was having to use a toothbrush and it was a pain to hold the silverware and the toothbrush kept slipping with soap/detergent on the utensils/silverware. Easy firm grip with the scrubber and the tines get clean as a whistle and you can easily handwash or put in the dishwasher for washing without worrying that there is dried-on or caked-on food. I will be ordering more for gifts for wedding showers and/or housewarming gifts." —Amazon Customer

    Maitland Quitmeyer / BuzzFeed

Maitland Quitmeyer, a member of the BuzzFeed Shopping team, LOVES these! Here's what she has to say: "WHY didn't I buy these vacuum storage bags sooner?? I chose the large size (as opposed to the biggest size, called 'jumbo') because it seemed easier to move and store — jumbo is probably perfect for bedding, duvets, etc! And just one large bag was plenty to store 9 or 10 *very* large winter sweaters — all collapsed down to a fraction of their size. And it was surprisingly effortless, too! I am literally going to order another pack of five today — my closet game is forever changed!!!"

Promising review: "I was very skeptical of this product but decided to give it a try after reading the reviews and knowing if it didn't work I could return it. Let me preface this review by saying I live a few miles from a swamp in south Louisiana.

I know it says wait 15 minutes to give it time to work, but I wanted to make sure mosquitoes were swarming to test it effectively. So I camped out in my favorite chair and was immediately swarmed by mosquitoes. I started the unit, and in about 15 minutes there wasn't a mosquito near me! No exaggeration. I am sitting outside as night is falling in south Louisiana and not one mosquito is buzzing me. I have been out here just over an hour and I have only two bites – one bite was from when I first sat down and before the unit was on 15 minutes. I am seriously impressed with this product and I am ordering more for gifts and to expand my own coverage as soon as I am done with this review. And there is no stinky citronella smell. There is no odor at all. Amazing." —NolaMom

Promising review: "I bought this RMR spray with low expectations, even with the good reviews. I sprayed a small patch in the evening and let it sit overnight. The next morning, the grout where I had sprayed was as white as if it were brand new. I decided to spray the entire wall and part of the roof. The next day everything I sprayed had no visible mold. By the third night, I was pretty much spraying everything left in the shower. This stuff is amazing." —John Werner

Promising review: "I'm multi-racial with tan skin. I burn when it's intense, but I get a great tan otherwise. My 9-month-old is fair, fair, fair. Blue eyes and porcelain skin fair. I reapply my own SPF 50 after a few hours, but I'm not consistent. I've never been great about sunscreen, but I was not going to let my daughter get burned. We live in South Florida and just a walk or park time is a potential burning hazard. This is a great visual for me to reapply her sunscreen or make sure she gets in the shade. They're an absolute essential for parents, especially the 'sun goddess' type." —FlightLife

I have used at least three different vacuums and attachments. Lately I have been using a microfiber towel because it had some grip. Then this piece of magic arrived. Ciera Velarde / BuzzFeed

I've used it for about 12 years now and it's the only thing that I can trust to prevent that dreaded chafing after a sweaty day of walking around. It glides on perfectly, it's unscented, and it doesn't melt away when you start to sweat. If it's a particularly hot day out, it can start to fade after a few hours, so just make sure to bring it with you to reapply. In addition to preventing chafing between my thighs, I've also applied it on my arms where my sports bra rubs against them when I run and it works like a charm!

Promising review: "I just used it for five days in 90 degree plus weather at Bonnaroo music festival in the middle of Tennessee on a farm in June with 100,000 people walking several miles, dancing, and sweating every day. I am happy to report that this product is a lifesaver. My thighs didn't chafe once, and I have big ones! I had to reapply once during the day. I strongly recommend buying this if you have large thighs and need relief from chafing. I couldn't wear dresses or skirts in the heat if I was walking anywhere, and now I live in them because of this stuff! Buy it! It works!" —Carwizzle

Cool enough to wear in the summer, though I would recommend only wearing them for like six hours the first few times. I went HAM and wore them for 12 hours in the middle of August, and I had a small welt on one thigh. No biggie, went away after a day or two. If your thighs even kiss each other, BUY THESE." —Kelsy

Promising review: "I’m absolutely in love with the Hyperchiller!!!! I live in South Texas. It’s HOT and that makes it hard to enjoy my coffee in the morning. This little thing gives you iced coffee without watering it down!! There are three compartments- outer most compartment is where you put in water to freeze, middle is where the coffee is poured and then inner most compartment is more ice. When you’re ready for your coffee you pour it directly into the lid which goes into the center compartment. You can let it sit or swirl it around. And voila! It’s honestly the coolest thing!!" —Staci Leitko

I grind up coffee beans and fill the infuser with them, then just fill up the pitcher with filtered water and let it infuse over night. When I wake up in the morning I have excellent-tasting iced coffee and it makes my mornings quick, because all I have to do is pour it into a to go cup. I can usually get about five fills out of one pitcher. I absolutely love this device and will always have one now that I have found it. You do not need anything more expensive or complicated than this." —Ashley Bouchard

This rolling tower measures 29.25 inches high, 21 inches long, and 5 inches wide.

Promising review: "Love this. Even after a few months, I wheel it out from its discreet place between the fridge and the furnace and still get a little thrill at all it holds and hides away. Have 25 cans of food plus cup noodles and rice on it currently and it handles it all well. Glides silently and effortlessly. Only possible drawback is it does feel a bit flimsy, but as long as you aren't rough or have kids who would push it over you are good to go!" —Morgan

    25. A pack of blister prevention tape in case you know you always get a blister on that one spot on your foot no matter what kind of shoes you wear. Place these on any potential problem spots before heading out on an adventure and you can say goodbye to that awful blister-causing friction.

package of the precut KT tape
writer's big toe wrapped up with the precut blister prevention tape
    Amazon, Ciera Velarde / BuzzFeed

I started using this while half marathon training because the inside of my big toes ALWAYS get blisters no matter how well my shoes fit or what socks I wear. I loved how much better they worked than regular bandages. They're much bigger than bandages, they stick really well to your skin, and they move with you instead of sliding around and falling off. They really saved my toes while running, and I've continued to wear them whenever I know I'm going to be walking a lot. One thing to keep in mind is that they are very sticky, which means that if you use them to cover up a blister that's already formed, it could rip off the soft top of your blister when you're taking it off (speaking from experience here!) So just make sure to only use this to prevent, not treat a blister.

Promising review: "Forget normal bandages — if you are prone to blisters, always have this tape on hand. It is excellent to prevent or help you walk if you have blisters. I keep two cases on hand: one at home and the other in my travel bag. Stays on until you take them off (even while bathing). If you're a serious runner or walker, have these on hand." —Sawwe01

The flexible head makes it easy to adjust how much I want the door open. Overall, it's a super easy fix for a problem I just thought I'd have to deal with. You can set it to shut off after one, two, four, or eight hours.

Promising review: "I have a really bad habit of forgetting to unplug my hair straightener, but this little guy saves the day! I can now keep it plugged in and set this for one hour, which is plenty of time for the straightener to heat up and for me to straighten my hair. It's saved me a lot of stress." —Tori Martinez

Promising review: "It usually takes me a dozen trips from my car to my house to get my groceries inside, and if I carry too many at once, the handles cut off the circulation in my hands and arms. These special handles solved all my problems. Today, I only made three trips from the car to the house! When I had to put the bags down to open the door, these handles laid on top of the bags and I only had to grab them, instead of searching for all the bag handles as they flopped around. Now there are no more bag marks on my wrist and my hands don't go numb! Who would have thought that something so simple could make my life so much better?" —Rosemary Smith Dattler

    35. A Drop Stop car seat gap filler so you won't keep losing your phone or coins in that pesky little gap between your car seat and the center console.

Promising review: "I can’t begin to tell you the amount of tears and sweat I have shed from dropping things between my car seats and trying to dig them out. I was so relieved to find this product! The Drop Stop was super easy to install in my car. Once installed I tested it by tossing keys, my phone and even coins onto it and the Drop Stop caught them all. No more pulling my car apart just to fish out my phone from between the seats! I also like that it’s black and blends in with the interior of my car. Not that it would be an eyesore if I had a tan interior, but I like things that match!" —Elizabeth

Just attach, step in, and zip!

Promising review: "I live alone so one of the biggest troubles I have is zipping up dresses by myself. I tried this product and it works great! I tried it with both small zippers and large zippers. As long as it can loop through the hole, the Zipuller can grip it. Plus, the grip is pretty sturdy and does not become loose when you pull it up. Never has this task been easier! I am so happy that I purchased it and I recommend that you do too!" —Cherie Weissman
