1.When Peter tells Tony that a noise is from his band practice, Tony calls his bluff and says that Happy told him he'd quit band practice. Earlier in the movie, a closer look at Peter's phone shows the text telling Happy, "Big News! Quit Band Practice!"
2.When Peter is telling Happy about his day, he mentions helping an old lady and says she got him a churro. If you check the background of the earlier scene where Spider-Man is helping a woman, you can spot a churro stand.
4.When Peter pulls up info on Aaron Davis, "The Prowler" is shown to be one of his aliases. He also mentions having a nephew, which indicates Miles Morales from Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse is within the same universe.
8.In Peter's classroom are pictures of famous scientists. The far right photo is of Bruce Banner.
9.MJ can be spotted reading a book called Invitation to a Beheading by Vladimir Nabokov, a story about a man in prison who has a spider inside of his cell.
10.MJ is also seen readingOf Human Bondage by W. Somerset Maugham, a book in which a boy loses both his parents and is sent to live with his aunt and uncle.
11.The wall next to Peter's locker has scratches because he repeatedly lifts it to stash his webbing and suit underneath it.
12.When Peter goes to buy a necklace for MJ, Quentin Beck can be spotted watching him in the background.
13.On Peter's plane, the in-flight entertainment includes a film called The Snap directed by Paul Greengrass, a real-life director who is known for specializing in the dramatizations of true events, such as September 11 (United 93) and the 2009 Maersk Alabama hijacking (Captain Phillips). The other films feature Wakanda, Dr. Erik Selvig, and a Hydra documentary.
15.Guterman, a former Stark Industries employee and one of Quentin's associates, can also be seen lurking closely behind Peter and MJ.
16.When Peter uses the E.D.I.T.H. glasses, he can see everyone's phone activity except for Dimitri, who works for Nick Fury and shows up as "encrypted."
17.During one of Mysterio's illusions, you can see the fallen heads of a Captain America and Iron Man.

19.When Mysterio shows Spider-Man an animated corpse of Iron Man, the spiders crawling on the helmet are black widows.
20.During the illusion, it also appears that Spider-Man is slipping on a heap of snow, but we see what's causing him to lose his footing in reality is a pile of rocks.
21.While in Italy, the phrase "pizza time" can be heard uttered from a group. This is a reference to a line from 2004's Spider-Man 2, which turned into a meme.
22.When Ned is playing Beast Slayers on the plane, his character holds a halberd. Later, when they're in danger, Happy says to give him the "spear" and Ned corrects him, letting him know it's a halberd.
23.During Flash's live Instagram stream, you can see one commenter ask, "How does he have so many followers?" and another says, "They're all bots." At the bottom, you can see a bot commenting "EARN $1,000 FROM HOME!!! GET FREE MONEY FAST."
24.During his battle with Mysterio, Spider-Man hoists a sign and a piece of equipment similar to the way Captain America used his shield and Mjolnir against Thanos in Avengers: Endgame.
25.The license plate on a car reads "TASM 143." In The Amazing Spider-Man Issue #143, Peter goes to Paris.
26.When Mysterio's hologram is handing peter the E.D.I.T.H. glasses, he holds them like a gun, which the actual Mysterio is pointing at Peter.
27.And finally, both Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home end with characters saying, "What the f--?" The first time, it's Aunt May finding out that Peter is Spider-Man, the second time it's Spider-Man seeing his identity shared with the entire world.
