10 Brilliantly British Reasons Why I Would Be A Splendid Hire!

Hiya! I'm Christina Gaskin and I have sent you this link because I really fancy a position you have posted.

1. I graduated from Hogwarts with a qualification in Witchcraft and Wizardry back in 2004.

I even met Harry Potter himself.

2.Muggle life became inevitable so I decided to get a Marketing Degree from Fordham University.

Accomplishments include:

1. I learnt/ learned a new language, American English.

2.Enjoyed convincing people that I did in fact know the one other English person they knew, including the Queen herself and the whole royal family.

3. I actually put a spell on my professors and managed to finish with a 3.9 GPA in Marketing.

3. My American Dream became a reality through long hours in the gym perfecting my skills as a basketball player, (I spent my nights rehearsing my game face).

I ended up representing my Country and playing in a number of European Championships.

4. I am really very flexible. I am willing to adapt to new situations and I have adopted a "do what it takes attitude" about achieving goals.

I am scared of heights but I thought I would do it anyway.

5. People say that I have a really different way of looking at things. I guess this is why people call me quirky.. But for me it just fuels my creativity.

This was a flight that turned into a bus trip and I had to find a way to make everyone laugh.

6. I am able to use both MAC and PC and I am familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

If I do not know it now you can be sure I am willing to learn fast!

7. My face when people ask me whether I am Introverted or Extroverted... Ambivert!

This personality trait allows me to be successful both working independently and on a team. I have been part of my National team since I was 14 years old but I could not have been a member of the team without a whole lot of personal commitment, dedication and motivation.

8. I am an extremely supportive person. I really enjoy working as part of a larger team and communicating and managing processes to help bring about new efficiencies.

I'll be on hand to make the most English "cuppa tea" you have ever had.

9. I have a great amount of experience making oral and written presentations. I like to bring a lot of energy, creativity and enthusiasm to my presentations. Until people ask me if I am Australian...
