Ummm, Chip And Joanna Gaines Just Sold Their "Fixer Upper" Farmhouse?

UPDATE: They just moved their property line to match their fence line, PHEW!

Just weeks after announcing the end of their hit HGTV show Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna sold their famous farmhouse near Waco, Texas — their original fixer-upper that they've called home since 2013:

According to The Blast, who got their hands on the deed, Chip and Joanna sold their 2,729 square-foot property earlier in October to another couple for an undisclosed amount of money.

It seems like our favorite HGTV couple is off to a fresh, new adventure!

    UPDATE

Brock Murphy, Magnolia’s Director of PR, issued a statement saying Chip and Joanna have NOT sold their farmhouse:

Any report that Chip and Joanna have sold their farmhouse is completely untrue. They have not sold their home and they do not have any plans to do so. The Gaines recently moved their property line to match their fence line — this is not uncommon and is a matter of public record — which is likely what triggered this false report.
