Recently, Panama has had great trouble with potholes. They are simply everywhere. With the city failing to fix the potholes, Panama City's most influential news station, Telemetro Reporta (@TReporta) created a very unique solution to help make the city more aware of the problem.
Telemetro Reporta created buttons that send out tweets to the twitter account of Panama's Department of Public Works, @MOPdePanama when they are driven over. These buttons were placed on Panama's busiest streets, which happen to be the worst streets in terms of the amount of potholes they contain.
In addition to creating and installing the buttons, Telemetro Reporta created a special segment of their news show where they present tweets that the potholes sent to city officials during the day.
