1. The Santa Clause (1994)

The little boy who played Charlie in 'The Santa Clause' (Eric Lloyd), fell on set while he was playing on some boulders and knocked out a couple of his front teeth. Because of that, he had to wear prosthetics for most of the filming.

For the last day of shooting, the massive crew was cut down to just Will Ferrell, a cameraman, and the director. They went around New York City looking for trouble for Buddy to get into that they could film, and they were all random people walking by and reacting in the background. (The infamous crosswalk leapfrog scene and getting his shoes shined were two of those scenes!)
