Including a leather conditioner that can take yearsssss off of your couch.

1. tube of silicone grout whitener if you're dealing with mold and mildew that will 👏 not 👏 go 👏 away 👏 no matter how much you clean it.

The gel formula is safe to use on/around windows, sinks and baths, shower-heads, pools, tiles, silicone sealant, and more. Leave it on the area you're looking to clean for six to eight hours (no scrubbing required). Some reviewers with really bad mold/mildew note that leaving it on for longer and/or doing a second round of cleaning made a huge difference!

Promising review: "This stuff is amazing. Since we bought this place, we figured we had to fix the caulking because we tried every cleaner we know to get rid of this gross shower mold. Before we decided to fix...we gave this a shot. Now the shower is like new; probably didn't even need to wait the 5 hours, but glad we did. Saved so much time, labor, and money. 🙌" —Nacho Average Review

Promising review: "So Pinteresting! I used this adhesive film to turn two cheap Ikea tables into less-cheap-looking Ikea tables because I'm not made of money but I would like others to believe I am. Super simple to use and a ton of it for the price I was really pleased overall. The pattern actually looks like marble not a weird pixel-y repetitive pattern so that's great as well. Also it was delivered same day which was miraculous as my DIY inspiration tends to fade approximately 48 hours after I discover a project I want to do." —Spencer House

Get it from Amazon for $10.99+ (available in two sizes and 11 finishes).

4. set of six dimmable under-cabinet light strips that'll instantly add ambiance to any space you see fit be it your kitchen, closet, desk, or wardrobe. They're also remote controlled, so you can turn on the wow factor even if you're comfortable on the couch.

Now, if your bath area has a lot of build up, it may take a couple of applications to get things clean. I spray it on every 5 to 7 days and other than that, I have not needed to scrub anything." —LesG

Useful Products is a US-based small business established in 2007 by car wash owner, electrician, and former bodybuilder Anthony LaPolla that specializes in drill-cleaning brushes and attachments.

Each of the different brush colors indicates which tasks the brushes are meant for based on their bristle type, so be sure to check which one is best suited for whatever you need to for! Yellow is the “all-purpose” medium bristle, but some are softer and harder depending on what types of surfaces you’re cleaning (but none of them will scratch!).

Promising review: "Among the chores around the house that I do, but do not enjoy, I must say showers/tubs rank right at the top of the list. This kit has been an absolute life-saver. I attach it to a drill and in minutes, my showers and tubs look brand new, scrubbed to a showroom new shine and with a third of the effort required in the past. This cuts my tub/shower/sink cleaning time by about two-thirds, maybe more. I can't get over how easily this scrubs away soap scum and rust stains. Buy this. Do it now." —Sarah Ginter

Promising review: "I never leave reviews on Amazon but this grout cleaner definitely deserved a review. I'll never use another grout cleaner." —Tyler

9. Or if your floors are truly too far gone for that — an ink-depositing grout pen whose long-lasting, nontoxic pigment can conceal years of stains. If you've scrubbed, scrubbed, and scrubbed some more — all without result — then submit to the stains and just get this.

Reviewer's photo which shows half their tiled floor with dirty grout and half with fresh white grout after using the pen

Promising review: "Holy cow! I never thought my stained grout would look so good! These pens are so amazing. After a little priming, they go forever! They cover very well and are super easy to use and cover the darkest of stains! I am buying four more to cover the rest of the house. The tip does not get into the very end of a line due to the border, but I prime it a bit for excess paint and push it in with my finger. Also, this is great for those deep small holes or grooves that are in the tile that leave dirt spots that are almost impossible to get out. Just prime it over the hole and rub it in with your finger, and wipe off the rest. I have very light beige tile, and the beige color pens blend perfectly. I would NOT recommend white unless you have very while tile. This beige will blend well with white as well. Cannot beat it for the price and the amazing job this pen does. One pen will cover about a 3x20-foot area no problem." —NatJH

Get it from Amazon for $8.09+ (available with narrow or wide tip).

10. An ~eco-friendly~ oven cleaner with a blend of plant- and mineral-derived purifying and disinfecting ingredients including eucalyptus, lemon, and peppermint oils, pumice stone, and baking soda.

Everneat / Etsy

Everneat is a Fairfield, Connecticut–based all-natural cleaning shop from Claudia and Angelo Zimmermann. Their oven cleaner comes with a professional-grade metallic scrubber you can use to scrub your appliance before wiping it down with a microfiber cloth.

Promising review: "Like many I moved into a house with a used oven. Keeping the typical grease and cooking messes at bay over the years has been a challenge, especially because of its placement in the kitchen (up against a wall in a corner). I tried vinegar and baking soda, Dawn dish soap, then fume-free Easy-Off, which, although effective, is more of a hassle to apply and remove (and wasteful, since I have to cover the heating elements with aluminum foil). Saw this product online and liked the non-chemical ingredients, and decided based on the reviews that it was worth a try. It's not cheap, but this is the only thing that got almost all the residue off my oven surfaces. Nice smell and didn't leave any scratches or marks. I highly recommend rinsing thoroughly and drying with a microfiber cloth for best results." —Irish Eyes

Get it from Amazon or Etsy for $19.99+ (available in a plastic or glass container).

Promising review: "This stuff is seriously amazing! I am relentless about cleaning my tub because I use it so often and always get grossed out if I don’t. Before I purchased this, I used the typical homemade recipe of bleach and powdered dishwashing soap. I’d have to run two or three cycles to get it crystal clear. One cycle with this stuff, 15 minutes, and the results are amazing! The first photo (above) is with my tub running with the solution. Then I drained it (second photo) and wiped it down with a sponge. When I refilled the tub up, and reran the jets, I kid you not the water was CRYSTAL CLEAR! See for yourself in the last photo! I’m so impressed!" —Chelsea

All of their products are made from powerful, plant-based ingredients and packaged with recyclable materials. They recommend applying a tablespoon of their scouring paste to a cloth and then scrubbing in a circular motion.

My Shopping team colleague Danielle Healy is a fan (she took the photos above!), saying:

"I recently moved into a new apartment, so lately I've been cleaning A LOT. Shortly after moving in, my partner and I went to store something on the top of the kitchen cabinets only to find them caked in a thick layer of grime 🤢. After going at it with regular multipurpose cleaner (with little success) we broke out the scour paste as a last-ditch effort and OH BOY did this miracle product deliver (pics above). If it can handle that grossness, it's going to have no problem with day-to-day messes like soap scum and burnt-on food. Plus, it smells delightful and comes in minimal, low-waste packaging!"

Get it from Humble Suds on Etsy for $11.96+ (originally $15.95+; available in two sizes).

Promising review: "My daughter cooked ramen noodles for three minutes without any water. Needless to say, it was burnt and almost caught fire. I have scrubbed the microwave and couldn’t get the horrible smell out to the point it was giving me a headache. After several days I decided to order this before buying a new microwave. Got it today and used it and shocked it actually pulled most of the odor out that’s trapped in the upper vent. This $10 item saved me $200 to $400." —Angela D.

Rocco & Roxie is a family-run small business making everything you and your pet need to live a clean and fun life. From treats to toys, they've got what you need!

Promising review: "I don’t know how I ever survived without this. There’s tons of 'pet stain/odor remover' products out there, but this by far is the absolute best. I cringed paying the $20 for it when others are between $5–$10, but I have NO ISSUES paying now. I foster dogs, some puppies, some older, some not housebroken, and every room in my house is carpeted except the kitchen, which means I have lots of accidents. I spray enough to saturate if it’s a lot of urine, let it soak for 10 minutes, then wipe it up with a hand towel. Then I put a larger towel on top of it if it’s in a high-traffic area until it’s completely dry. It’s taken out every stain and, more importantly, the odor is gone! I will never stop buying this product. I recommend it to everyone who has dogs!" —Shelley

Promising review: "Worth every penny. I’ve bought this product so many times now I have it on auto ship! Saw the reviews and figured I’d give it a try. My cat likes to pee over the litter box and stained the brand new carpet. I used this in my Bissell and it took all the stain and smell out!!! I’ll never use another cleaner." —Wendy

Promising review: “We purchased this to fill some patches in our backyard that were damaged by our puppy. Works like a charm. The one caveat is that you really do have to water it a bit every day. Once it takes off though, it grows pretty quickly! Within one week of planting this, we had 1-inch-long grass blades. One month later, all the patches are gone. Highly recommended!” —Jessica N.

Get it from Amazon for $12.95+ (available in five sizes).

24. A Conair fabric defuzzer powerful enough to remove pills and matted fibers from your sofa (and even clothes) but gentle enough that no damage is left in its wake.

Check out our write-up of this magical fabric defuzzer! The battery-operated model requires two AA batteries that aren't included, but you can buy some right here!

Promising review: "OK, I don’t normally rave about things like this. I bought this on a whim in a last attempt to save my favorite duvet cover. The pills had gotten to the point where it was seriously uncomfortable to sleep with them getting all up in my leg space. I thought I was going to have to get a new duvet cover entirely. Along came this lil' baby. Not only is my duvet cover basically brand-new, but I have found a new hobby. I’m depilling everything. Sweatshirts, leggings, blankets, socks, anything that looks like it needs some love. It does the job quickly and leaves everything looking fresh. Hi, I’m obsessed. I can’t stop. I should send this back. I’ve started asking if my neighbors need anything depilled. I’m going to buy one of these for everyone in my life. Everyone needs to own this. Take it away from me." —Sydney Jensen

Promising review: "I've been a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser fan for a long time. My husband works with metal and works on cars so there is oil, grease, etc. everywhere in our house... and the bathtub is awful. They were the only thing to get rid of it. UNTIL I FOUND THESE! 1 MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN THE MAGIC ERASERS. Hardly have to scrub to get the tub clean now. I've used one for three bathtub cleanings and I'm sure I will get at least five more uses out of it. I'd get maybe 1.5 cleanings from the other brand. I'll never buy another brand again other than these. They will last forever — the package was much bigger than expected for the price. Just buy them... worth it!"Briana M.

26. A mildew remover made specially with outdoor fabrics in mind. Spray it on your patio chairs, porch swing, or awnings, and watch it wash away ground-in dirt. Then, after that, liberally spray it on your siding, tiles, gutters, and roof, too.

Promising review: "I don't often write a review of a product. But this was so impressive, I thought I should let others know. We have a set of vinyl outdoor chairs that were constantly covered with mildew. When we were feeling ambitious, we'd take the time to power wash the chairs, which worked pretty well but was a lot of work. The problem was that a couple of days later, the mildew was back almost as bad a before. With this mildew stain remover, we sprayed the chairs, let them sit a few minutes, and hosed off with a regular garden hose. Easy. And they were cleaner than they ever got using the power washer. When we put the chairs away two months later, they were still clean." —Christine A. Simonson

Promising review: "OK, so these cleaner pods are awesome! I didn't know how gross our Keurig was until today. The big mason jar on the left is when I actually ran the cleaner through plus one rinse cycle. The middle one is another rinse cycle and the last one, on the right, is the last one I did. So yes, I would suggest running two or three rinse cycles instead of the recommended one. But it's still an awesome product for the price! I have a 2.0 and I had no issues." —Mads0421

I was a little doubtful when I saw them because the buckles seemed too weak to hold our sheets in place all night, every night. But they work so well! I realized one day that we hadn't had to do that yanking-pulling routine ever since we installed these. Love them — can't live without them!" —cat lover on a budget

Promising review: "For many, this may seem like a waste of money. Not for me. I am over 65 and have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. As a result, my baseboards did not get dusted as frequently as the rest of the house. This made it so much easier for me." —retired

Promising review: "I'll let my pictures (above) speak to how amazing this works. I had a stained mattress that I'd been covering with a mattress pad for years. As I was preparing for a move, I decided to give OxiClean a try and see if it could remove the stains that had been there for well over SEVEN YEARS. I honestly don't even know what caused the stains, but OxiClean removed them. I took before, during, and after pictures (after pictures show the outline of water because I took them immediately after rinsing. I honestly can't believe the results. I wish I'd done this sooner!" —Little Greek

Promising review: "Amazing is all I can say about this product. I moved into my home with a stainless refrigerator as part of the sale and it had water spots, discoloration, and other film on it. This cleaner, after two applications, completely removed all of the mentioned stains and discoloration. My wife was very happy, and if she approved of this product then I had to write this review. Buy it now for all your stainless steel appliances." —G. Snow

The heavy-duty formula works on glass, ceramic, induction, radiant, and halogen stove tops.

Promising review: "When we moved in to our current rental it was clear that the previous tenants didn’t maintain the glass cooktop of the stove. I’ve tried many other products and a lot of elbow grease to clean it myself but nothing has helped, until this product! I saw it featured on a recent BuzzFeed article about superior cleaning products and I’m so glad I did. This is the only thing that worked removing years of baked-on filth."James

41. And an expandable, two-tier organizer because every time you put a cleaning product back in the cabinet under your kitchen sink, you have approx. one millisecond to slam the door shut before everything falls out.

The shelving unit is suitable for most cabinets as you can adjust the height to four different levels (2, 5, 9, and 13 inches tall) and expand the rail anywhere between 15 to 25 inches. Since the dimensions aren't one-size-fits-all, it also comes with three large panels and four small panels so you can adjust the shelves.

Promising review: "Great product for a great price. Very sturdy, but lightweight and small; under my bathroom sink is *very* small, and the metal frame is thin enough that it doesn't take up much space, and of course it allows me to utilize the empty vertical space instead of shoving things all the way to the back wall. I might rearrange the shelves, but it's just held with screws on each end so that's easy enough to do. It comes with two supports for two shelves, but you can choose from four heights/positions. 👍🏻 Might need to order a second for under the kitchen sink..." —Jennifer Mowry
