Drake first met Brian during Season 2 of The Amanda Show. At the time, Drake was 14, while Brian was 40. In the doc, Drake explained that Brian would sometimes accompany him on auditions in LA, and occasionally, he'd spend the night at Brian's house due to the distance.

Recalling one night when he stayed at Brian's home, Drake said, “I was sleeping on the couch where I usually sleep, and I woke up to him... He was sexually assaulting me. And I froze and was in complete shock and had no idea what to do or how to react.”

"Children should be protected," he added. "Reliving this publicly is incredibly difficult, but I hope it can bring healing for the victims and their families as well as necessary change to our industry."

Josh's statement came after fans criticized him for his public silence on Drake's abuse claims, which Drake later defended him against on TikTok. In a video, he said Josh had contacted him privately and asked the public to "take it a little easy" on his former costar.
