This is Manny the Frenchie. It's pretty self-explanatory why he has so many fans.
Manny LOVES his fans right back. So when one of them needed a little extra cheering up, he booked a flight to visit her right away.
Joycelun, who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis, thought she was just in a regular interview.
But Manny had other plans...
...to shower her with kisses and TLC.
Manny just couldn't believe how lucky he was to meet her!
Of course, he got lots of scratches in return.
"Oh yeah, that's the spot!"
He also donated $500 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help out other friends like Joycelun!
"It's all part of being a good friend," Manny said, "it's nothing!"
