Toby

Toby has what one vet has called a "class 3 underbite." The list of things he's afraid of is long and includes everything from inflatable lawn ornaments to storm drains to leaves blowing in the wind. Attempts to throw himself in front of the mail truck are a daily occurrence, and he barks at the doorbell on the TV.
