This is Hobbes.
Recently, Hobbes was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He's being well cared for by his owner, but the doctors have said that he has about a year to live.
One of his owner's favorite restaurants is Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.
They said yes!
The manager set up a table outside and a "dog section," complete with blanket, water bowl, and toy.
Hobbes came ready to party, bow tie and all.
He greeted his guests.
He posed with the staff.
He took time to say hello to the public.
Finally, he got to chow down!
His owner helped him pace himself so as not to get sick.
After a good meal, Hobbes did what we would all do: napped.
He may not have much time left, but Hobbes is living his life to the fullest.
We love you, Hobbes!
