Okay, so they don't breathe fire, but the gliding lizard comes from the Genus Draco, which is the latin word for dragon. There are over 40 species of them around the world.

The Saola may not be your typical unicorn (it is technically bicorn), but it is one of the world's rarest mammals. It was discovered over 20 years ago and there have only been four documented sightings by wildlife management. They have been critically endangered since they were discovered.

Though only a few specimens have been spotted, the colossal squid is thought to be the largest invertebrate on this planet. They have unique, sharp hooks on their arms and may grow to the size of a school bus.
