Frankie Sandford has been on the receiving end of some pretty nasty comments relating to her pregnancy body recently, so we wouldn't blame her for wanting to escape the public eye for a while.
However, she's not let the harsh comments bring her down and has turned her attention to raising awareness about depression - something she's battled with since the age of 15.
Proving that she's one tough cookie, Frankie, 24, has revealed the details of her battle with depression which led to a stint in rehab in 2011.
The Saturdays singer, who's pregnant with her first baby, explained: "It's everyday things I would find difficult which would be hard for people to understand. Just the confrontation of talking or walking into a room full of people and someone looking at you."
She continued: "I hope I can raise awareness about the importance of starting a conversation. If you know someone experiencing a mental health problem, you could ask them how they are, or send them a quick text to let them know you're there – it can make a huge difference and remind them that they're not alone."
She went on to reveal that her Saturdays band-mates were totally 'unfazed' and supportive when she told them about her illness. That's friendship for you.
