Yeah. New Zealand Might Not Be The Best Place For You Either.

Your dreams to escape marriage equality to Canada have been left in shatters. Now maybe stop eyeing up NZ.

You may have heard: the US Supreme Court has ruled same-sex marriage legal nationwide.

For most, that's cause for celebration. Obama, for one, is very happy.

Retweet to spread the word. #LoveWins

But still, an awful lot of people appear to be making travel plans. Some are even looking Canada-wards.

And plenty more have their eyes set on little ol' New Zealand.

    Like Mr Wilder here.

Canada looks good, New Zealand looks better

    And this guy.

I'm moving to New Zealand. This is ridiculous.

    Her.

    And him.

@KingAvenged Nah fuck that I'm moving to New Zealand

Even some Hobbits are getting in on it.

Moving to New Zealand to live in the Shire

I get it. NZ is a nice place.

Moving to New Zealand who's coming with me?

But I'm really not sure it's right for y'all...

#CaitlynJenner, #GayMarriage, #Socialism, etc., are reasons Americans are leaving their godless country and moving here and to New Zealand.

...on account of the fact that NZ already legalised same-sex marriage...

    ...almost two years ago.

Like, its Parliament even burst into celebratory song and everything.

And, while you're making travel plans - the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Iceland, Brazil, Belgium, Argentina, Portugal, South Africa, Luxembourg, and Uruguay - they all have marriage equality too.

Which I suppose just leaves Australia. Lucky you.
