Three employees at Dover, Delaware's Hands of Our Future Daycare were arrested yesterday after detectives received cell phone video footage showing the woman encouraging the toddlers to battle. Though the video is unreleased, it's reported that it shows the three women cheering and encouraging two 3-year-olds to punch each other, but not to pinch.
