Sometimes it’s nice to just eat the stuff you like all in one sitting. This time I had; Kimchi, Avocado, Havarti, Lox, Kale Salad (with pine nuts, parmesan, and cranberries) A grilled portobello mushroom, fresh blueberries and a few chunks of mild cheddar.
Thursday

Organic Yogurt with strawberry, blueberries, and crushed almonds and a toasted blueberry almond muffin with mascarpone cheese.
Friday

Egg whipped with cream and grated white cheddar baked in a ramekin and topped with avocado and ruby sauerkraut.
Saturday

Morning nosh of avocado with sea salt, havarti, organic bacon, artichoke hearts, blueberries, strawberries and mild cheddar (with a butter coffee too).
Sunday

Don’t fear the fat..Organic Bacon (low sodium), Ripe Avacado, Grassfed Sirloin and Havarti.
