Bola In Bali: A Rescue Dog With An Opinion

This is the story of Bola, a cheeky rescued and adopted Bali street dog that has found a safe, nurturing home in Ubud, with cool masters who have given her complete (too much) freedom in expressing herself--emotionally, spiritually and, at times, politically. She loves sitting on top of (construction site) sand dunes, riding on motorbikes, inviting her friends to her house and have a party when her masters are away, digging up the earth, tearing up toilet rolls, chasing chickens, punching grasshoppers, chewing ice and contemplating her ruff life over sunsets and sunrises. She loathes car rides (she gets carsick), children (they scream and freak her out), going out after dusk, anything relating to water (ocean, river, bath), having her paws tickled, the overdevelopment situation in Bali and the hippy/Eat, Pray, Love community that has bombarded her hometown.
