The point of the whole Prank It FWD stunt was to raise awareness about Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Duchenne is a genetic disorder that causes progressive muscle degeneration and weakness. According to Dylan, who was the mastermind behind the prank, the goal was to "get more people knowing about what Duchenne is".
