    FILIBUSTER ENDED WHEN GOP AGREED TO ALLOW VOTE

    Early this morning, after almost 15 hours of discussion, Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) ended his filibuster in the US Senate.

    With Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) by his side, US citizens watched as Murphy stood up for domestic tranquility and the common defense of all citizens.

    That's right. Just after 2am EST, Murphy yielded the floor once Republican Party leaders reportedly "agreed to allow a vote" on two proposed measures regarding gun control that would close the loop holes in US Laws that have allowed tragedies, like Orlando, continue to happen on a regular basis. It's about time the GOP started doing their job.
