We've got Vampire Weekend, Black Kids, and MGMT. They've got New Pants (a New Order sound-alike band), Torturing Nurse (an "extreme" noise band), and Carsick Cars (who got to tour with Sonic Youth). All of whom belong on a mixtape of oddly-named bands.
