The Battle Over Marilyn

    Two sides are squabbling over the rights to an archive of nearly 5,000 photographs of Marilyn Monroe.

    Arnold Schwartzenegger just weighed in on the subject by signing a new "Dead Celebrities" bill in California, which gives perpetual photographic rights to the estates of deceased stars.
