    Sandra Bullock looked like she was having a great time at the premier of All About Steve co-starring Bradley Cooper. Someone made her laugh for sure! Ok, let’s just mention the obvious. This dress, and the hair, will get Sandra Bullock on somebody’s worst dressed list. I am no fashion critic, (please have you seen me lately?) but hear me out! I LOVE Sandra’s outfit.
