10. The Ugly Stepsisters--Cinderella

Master: Lady Tremaine(their mom)

These girls had their moments of stupid humor, but they actually weren't very useful. They mostly just complained a lot.

9. LeFou--Beauty and the Beast

Master: Gaston

Lefou idealized Gaston even though Gaston wasn't really a kind best friend, so he gets points for loyalty. He was kind of funny in a dumb goofy way and he tried his best to be helpful. The problem? He was pretty much just a hype man.

8. Diablo--Sleeping Beauty

Master: Maleficent

What he lacks in comedy and character he makes up for in stealth and cunning. He even found where Aurora was hiding.

7. Pain and Panic--Hecules

Master: Hades

These two were only in the movie for comic relief. They didn't really have the intelligence to do anything else.

6. Iago--Aladdin

Master: Jafar

He was pretty smart, useful, and funny. The only problem was that he was usually more annoying than evil.

5. Fidget--The Great Mouse Detective

Ruthless, evil, scary. Fidget was great at doing Ratigan's dirty work. But he wasn't very funny.

4. Bartok--Anastasia

Bartok was adorably witty. He also had Rasputin's best interest at heart and did all he could to be helpful, considering he was a tiny bat. He stayed calm and collected but in the end he turned to the good side and abandoned his master.

3. Harley Quinn-- Batman the Animated Series

She's funny, extremely loyal, and she can kick butt. Her only downfall is that since her skills aren't very polished(and she's fighting frickin' Batman) she usually is defeated rather quickly.

2. Flotsam and Jetsam--The Little Mermaid

Master: Ursula

Yes they aren't very funny, yes they don't really do all that much. But, they did lead Ariel to Ursula in the first place. Credit where credit is due, people.

1. Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed--The Lion King

Master: Scar

They're hilarious! Plus they assisted Scar in his plan to kill Mufasa. Is there anything they didn't do? Oh yeah, Scar told them to kill Simba...twice, and they couldn't manage that.

But still, they're still the best.
