Jeremy Loops describes his style as Folk with a modern twist, and some of his tracks even incorporate hip hop and electronic sounds.

2. Beatenberg

This trio has perfected the Indie pop music genre in South Africa. They even worked together with Mumford and Sons during their 2016 tour, on the song Wona, also featuring Baaba Maal. Their album In The Hanging Gardens of Beatenberg released in 2014, is great for a chill sesh with friends. If you love music that has an upbeat tone but keeps it lowkey then this is for you.

This South African duo have a unique perspective on EDM by incorporating a very lively and distinctive jazz element into their music. They are one of the biggest names in South African music and have even featured on the main stage at the past 3 Ultra South Africa Music Festivals.
