10 Signs You're An Introverted, Independent Woman

Here are some signs to tell if you truly are an introvert. Also, these could indicate a degree of independence, but hey, if you ask me it's the independent women who know they don't need no man to prosper that rule this world.

    1. No relationships have ever worked out for you

    2. You would much rather focus on doing things to advance your future self than going out all the time and getting wasted

Independent women seem to focus more on advancing themselves than going out and having fun all the time. They like to do things alone. They don't need the help from anyone, they are mainly focused on their future above all else.

    3. You probably grew up a lot faster than the rest of your friends

Most likely you grew up ahead of all of your other friends. You may have felt disconnected from them at a pretty early age, like towards the end of high school. You began to realize you are much better on your own than being influenced by bad company.

    4. You don't care to go out alone

People may think it's sad seeing someone out eating or watching a movie alone, but for an independent woman this is the ideal. You'd much rather go out to eat by yourself than with a group of people. You simply enjoy and prosper in your own company. Nothing wrong with that.

    5. You've had a job or do have a job that you thoroughly enjoy

You spend your time dong something you actually completely enjoy. You don't waste time with a bad job or working with bad people. You set your mind to do what you love and get what you want out of life. You do what you love always and don't let others influence you.

    6. The most important person in your life is probably one of your parents

Your parents are always there for you, and you know that. So knowing that you have that person always there makes your trust and rely on them, if anyone. They are the only people who you probably ever rely on because you know that they are always there. You have a tough time trusting friends who come and go, but know family is forever.

    7. You don't speak up much in class

Independent women often are drowning in their own thoughts. They really don't tend to speak up much in a classroom setting, they're constantly thinking about bettering themselves and are consumed in there thoughts. They don't need others approval and don't care what others think of them.

    8. You probably never go to anyone for help or advice

Again, being so independent you depend solely on yourself. You don't need others help. So when it comes to getting advice from others, you are stubborn. Even if you ask for advice you probably won't take it. You're going to do your own thing no matter what.

    9. You need time alone

You feel drained when you spend too much time around other people. You need to strictly set time to yourself. You don't always like the company of others. It's a rare occasion for you to go out. You'd rather spend time alone and when you don't you feel exhausted.

    10. You have a schedule that you follow day to day

You probably have a certain time for things. You take a shower at a certain time, go to bed at a certain time and when this is disrupted you feel off balance. As an independent woman, you plan out your day to benefit yourself. You need to have time for everything in your life in the day so you will plan it out accordingly.
