K. I finally bought a silk pillowcase, and let me tell you: I wish I had done it sooner! It has literally transformed my day two curls. After sleeping on a regular cotton pillowcase, my curls would be a frizzy mess and I'd have to style 'em again (or just take a shower). Now? They're just as nice as they were before I hit the hay. It also feels cooling on my face all night long, which, as someone who is a hot sleeper, is a mighty bonus. And yes, this baby is 100% silk.
I am super happy with this little bottle of magic. It actually feels like it's penetrating through my hair cuticle to repair my hair, instead of just sitting on top of it. It's lightweight, so it doesn't make my hair heavy or greasy whatsoever, yet it still tames my wavy hair's excessive frizz. It's a thinner consistency, but packs a punch in every drop. You only need to rub a few drops between your palms every time you use it, so it'll last you a while.
(When I do a straighter hairstyle, I'll use a squirt of my Verb Ghost Oil on wet hair right after I get out of the shower. I'll blowdry with my Revlon One-Step Brush, and then finish it off with the Olaplex No. 7 Oil. The combination is perfection.)

This mascara feels like it actually conditions my lashes when I have it on, and never feels crispy or clunky (like some do). Like, have you ever put on mascara and thought, frig, this is why my eyelashes are stunted? Yeah, that does NOT happen with this one, whatsoever. The fact that it's made with beeswax and shea butter makes me feel like I'm giving my lashes a little TLC, even though I'm wearing makeup. It also comes off super easily at night, which is great when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to deal with a full-on scrub down. And the results? The length it gives is no joke! I'm obsessed.

I started using this when I came back to Canada after spending a year in a tropical climate. My face when it felt winter again was, like, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME. Every time I put moisturizer on it just sat on top of my wildly dry skin, no matter what I tried. And my nose? Flake city. Not cute. After hearing rave reviews about The Ordinary, I went into Deciem and spoke to one of their beauty specialists, who basically threw this bottle at me. They put a drop of hyaluronic acid on my left hand and added moisturizer, then added only moisturizer to my right hand for comparison. One minute later, my left hand had absorbed all of the moisture, and my right had a white cast of cream left on it. I was sold, and now I can't live without it.
