    15 Things That Mess With All University Students' Sleep Hygiene

    Sleep? There are papers and tests and exams and parties and friends and food and music and stress and fast-food and extra-curriculars and exercise and class. Nobody's got time for that!

    1. Stress.

    2. Pulling all-nighters,

    3. but then crashing the next day.

    4. Being over-caffeinated because you have so much to get done.

    5. Like, seriously over-caffeinated.

    6. Irregular schedules.

    7. Using drugs regularly.

    8. Not sleeping in a bed.

    9. Distractions.

    10. Lots of distractions.

    11. Partying.

    12. Other people partying,

    when you're trying to sleep.

    13. Noisy roommates/residence floors/houses.

    14. Eating in your bed.

    15. Using your computer in bed for either schoolwork...

    ...or other things.

    All these lead to staying up late and/or going to bed at irregular times.

    But despite all this, we believe in you! Students, you can do it!
