Please Help My Puppy Get Her Major Surgery!!

My dog is only 16 months old, and she was born with an unfortunate defect that will prevent her from walking soon if it doesn't get fixed. This surgery is very costly, and my girlfriend and me are looking to reach out to the kind world for any help at all. even if it's just sharing this story, we want to reach as many people as possible.
