I’m a chronic nail biter, but that Isn’t even the half of it. My anxiety is awful, and the way I cope is by tearing my ear to shreds. I have no idea why it makes me feel better, but it does. I always have blood under my fingernails, it’s so gross. But pulling/scratching at my ear…Â
