This is Jeremy Garcia, an 18-year-old freshman at the University of California, Riverside, who works as a barber. Jeremy lives with his grandparents, Luis (left) and Josefina, in Riverside.
Jeremy's grandparents moved to California from Spain about 30 years ago to raise Jeremy and his siblings in Riverside, where they own an open-area ranch.
"We live down the street from a nature park and that's where we ride [our horses]," Jeremy told BuzzFeed News. "It's called the Santa Ana River."
Jeremy told BuzzFeed News that for the past 40 years his grandfather has gone out riding horses on the ranch "about every other day" — and every time he returns with a bunch of flowers for his wife.
Jeremy tweeted about his grandpa's "little tradition" on Sunday, and soon his grandparents found themselves going viral.
"He rides for the love of it," Jeremy told BuzzFeed News. "He told me it reminds him of being a kid again... We also have a lot of horses that need exercise."
People on Twitter were moved by Jeremy's grandparents and the love they have for each other.
And now Jeremy's grandparents are on Instagram, too, as relationship goals.
Jeremy said his grandparents do know about their newfound internet fame, but that "they don't know anything about Twitter."
"They were pretty amazed when I explained it to them," he said.
