Hmmm, got Travel2.0 on my mind as I write this. I like the internet and I like travel! Amazon is good because more people are now reading more books. Ebay is a constant reminder that generally people are honest and trustworthy. Facebook - and the tech, economic & social consequences it brings - sends a tingle down my spine whenever I discover another gem in the API. And I've been lucky enough to do a fair bit of travel. Many of my fondest memories, dearest friends and life-changing decisions are down to travel. I believe that travel teaches us tolerance and not to take anything for granted. I've got a hunch that the internet - and some mobile and LBS technologies - will help more people enjoy better travel. What else? Chinese Crispy Duck, and time for a good long bush walk with the family after a cooked breakfast - these are up there too.
