"I love hair oil. I've raved about both the Ouai hair oil and Verb Ghost Oil in the past, but this is my new fave. It's more affordable and smells amazing. It also keeps my frizzies and flyaways under control, but doesn't leave my tresses feeling or looking greasy (essential, since I have very fine hair and a ton of products weigh it down and leave me looking like Argus Filch)." —Alice Prendergast

I love that this blush is so easy to build up from a natural flush of colour to a bold look. I have a neutral/olive-toned complexion, so this terracotta colour adds the perfect hint of warmth to my cheeks, while still looking natural (like I just got back from a beach vacation). I like to apply a few dots to each cheek and blend with my fingers. The warmth from my hands melts the product into a smooth, soft finish.

I'd like to start by saying that this sunscreen smells absolutely delectable (like a vacation in a bottle). I used this all of summer 2021 through days by the pool, afternoons at outdoor markets, and long hikes. I didn't burn once (a true achievement for me). I love that it soaks right into your skin and doesn't leave it slippery or greasy.

I've recently started applying a retinol serum at night, so sunscreen is a non-negotiable for me now. My cream and liquid makeup blends like a dream over this sunscreen, and it doesn't separate throughout the day, either. It's also really moisturizing, so I can wear it solo when I want a glowy complexion.

I usually go for cream primers because of some bad experiences with silicone-based ones, but this one is the perfect blend of the two. It feels like it melts into my skin, while also creating a perfectly smooth surface for my concealer to glide flawlessly over. It doesn't clog up my pores, and my makeup stays on all day (even when I'm sweating in the sun).

I have really long lashes (#blessed), but they’re pin straight, which means they flatten out as soon as I put product on them. I find that the brush is great for locking in curl, while the formula is light enough that it doesn’t weigh down my lil’ lashies. Plus, it never gets clumpy and washes off like a dream. I have tried dozens of different mascaras but I always come back to this one.

I hate how dry matte liquid lipsticks get on my lips. The gloss topper on this one gives things a really high-shine finish, while keeping things from ever looking dry. The best part about this product is that it doesn't transfer. I even kissed a white shirt just to make sure and there was no mark on the fabric. These are great for nights out because you don't have to reapply every time you eat or drink.

I’ve been seeing this lipstick trending everywhere and as I’m more of a tint and balm girl these days, I knew I had to give it a try. The colour payoff with a shade this deep is subtle but it’s definitely buildable. It gives me a pinch of colour on my lips that perfectly compliments my no-makeup-makeup days. I like to layer a clear balm on top for a glossy look.

This is a go-to product for me in the warmer months because it makes me look like a glowing goddess with very little effort. I really like that I can wear it under a full face of makeup to boost my natural highlight, or wear it on its own for a super glowy look on days where I don't feel like wearing makeup.

"Alright, y'all, THIS is the kinda invention I can get behind. As much as I like blotting papers (and I do), this magic roller is just *sooo* much easier to use and less wasteful. It's perfect for all the nooks and crannies of your face (like around your nostrils, par example), not to mention it has a teensy cap to protect it from getting dirty in your pocket or makeup bag. And when it starts to look a smidge dingy, all you'll need to do is twist the top to release the stone then give it a scrub with soap and warm water." — Victoria Kuglin

I have short hair, which means if I don't style it I look like Coconut Head. I spritz this all over my damp hair before I blow dry or style with my flat iron and it helps keep my hair safe from heat damage. It also adds a healthy shine to my hair, and it smells really sweet, but it's certainly not a scent that sticks around all day.

This serum totally changed my skin within a few weeks—I'm not kidding. I had somewhat dry, very textured skin, and in my quest to get the glass skin that I've been seeing all over TikTok, I knew I had to give a hyaluronic acid serum a go. It's smooth, cooling, and feels *so* good on the skin. It's a step in my skincare I simply will not go without.

I've been using this cream on top of the serum for a couple of months and it's quickly become a daily skincare staple. I have combination skin that tends to lean more on the oily side, but this winter has made my skin dryer than it has ever been. Not only has this cream help bring much-needed moisture back into my skin, but it's also helped smooth things out, which makes makeup application much easier.

This setting spray holds up just as well in the summer as it does in the winter (when I'm not sweating constantly). It keeps me looking fresh all day long, no matter what I'm doing. The bottle is even slim enough to pop it in my bag if I want a few extra spritzes while I'm out.

I spray this on myself morning, noon, and night — it might be my favourite scent of all time. It's warm and sweet in a way that isn't overpowering, but it's also super fresh. For a body spray, the scent sticks around for a really long time, and I get compliments whenever I'm walking in front of anyone and the wind blows *just* right.
