Before the Oscar winning actor was playing everybody's favorite people eater, he was winning Emmy's for portraying genocidal proverbial person eater.
In this two and a half hour made for TV-film (that used to be a pretty normal thing) that premiered on CBS in January 1981.
Now, you can either watch it on Youtube and/or read about it on Wikipedia hear a slew of English speaking actors doing their best German accent and/or menacing British accent.
