• 50 grams honey (about 4-5 tablespoons)

• 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

• 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

• 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

• 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

• ½ teaspoon salt

• Salt and pepper to taste

Also:

• 20 chicken wings

Preparation:

1. Blend all of the marinade ingredients together in a food processor.

2. Pour the mixture into a bowl or freezer bag, and toss the chicken in it.

3. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

4. Bake the chicken in the centre of a preheated oven 180°C for 30-40 minutes.

5. Enjoy!

Or you could try chilli and lime chicken wings.
