    As it turns out, that title belongs to both Dolly Pardon and Beyoncé whom have both been nominated 46 times, but that was before I watched ABC World News Tonight and found out she has five nominations which brings her to a total of 51 nominations which puts Beyoncé ahead of Pardon.
