    Taylor Momsen (Jenny Humphrey) and Michelle Trachtenberg (bad girl Georgina Sparks) were spotted arriving to the TopShop VIP Party at Balthazar in New York City Tuesday night. The event was in celebration of the new Topshop store in NYC.
