When they spend it on stupid stuff, they buy wine, romance novels and diet pills.
And they hire happiness experts (in case the wine and romance novels wouldn’t do the trick?)
This year, they say they need more money in their budget to pay for Obamacare because they are facing a budget crunch.
When they say they are facing a budget crunch, you remember how they spent their money last year.
And when you remember how they spent their money in previous years, you remember they spent money making their own version of movies.
When they make their own versions of movies, they make "Star Trek" spoofs.
