As a trainer, I read right between the lines of your comment and take great issue with it. If your avatar implies that you are “big and proud”, great. But don’t be so militant. It’s such a cliche, is combative and annoying. In short, you come off as a hater. My clients never say, “Gee, I wish I had all that 50 lbs back. Afterall, I’m not enjoying my lower blood pressure and higher levels of energy.” That would be ludicrous. The fact is, disease (in one form or another) sets in at only 15 lbs over fat.
And sorry… confidence IS involved in taking control of your body and making food work for you and not the other way around.
