    1, Toilet

    Yup, there is a squatting style toilet. Buuuut,

    Today, we see this high-tech style toilet more. The seat is heated and you can wash your butt / love hole by pushing the buttons next to it!

    2. Pee Sound Eliminator (Otohime)

    Japanese women don't want others to hear the sound of peeing so they used to flush a toilet while they were peeing which caused waste of water. Then Otohime ("Sound Princess" for the direct translation) is invented. This makes a water running sound that can eliminate not only the pee sound but also the booty bomb sound.

    Don't worry, only the people who have a registered card can use the vending machines.

    It is quite normal for Japanese girls to ride a bike while wearing skirts. Japanese schools are usually required to wear a uniform, so people who commute by a bike don't have any choice.

    If a restaurant doesn't state "No smoking", you are allowed to smoke in the restaurant, even though most Japanese people hate it.

    Japanese trains are the most punctual type of transportation in the world. If it says it will arrive in at 10:16, it will come in at the time! Their average delay is 10 seconds.
