Grieving the loss of someone you love is difficult. Period.

It comes in waves.

Sometimes swimming is too hard. Sometimes, the best we can do is keep our head above water.

Working through your feelings is a process.

It takes time.

But one thing is for certain: Giving yourself time to grieve is important.

In fact, allowing yourself time to grieve is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

It's possible you process best when you're alone with nature.

Perhaps you spend time watching that person's favorite movies to feel close to them.

Or maybe you grieve by sharing your feelings with friends.

There's no right or wrong way to grieve.

And you're probably doing better than you realize.
