    Pnoy Lights Burnham PArk Lamps

    The Burnham Park Complex and Wright Park are the pioneer locations of the Public Lighting Retrofit Program by the Department of Energy (DOE), in line with the Asian Development Bank-funded Philippine Energy Efficiency Project. The objective of the project is to achieve energy savings and reduce greenhouse emissions.
